Founder mentoring linked to the next company milestone

One founder needs to validate demand. Another needs a repeatable sales process. Another is preparing to raise.

Lucy works alongside your programme team to identify the next milestone and deliver support founders can apply to their own companies.

Relevant to the company

Sessions are shaped around founder stage, current challenges and the evidence needed for the next decision. The right next step may be to progress, pivot, pause or stop.

Built for implementation

Clear actions, practical resources and feedback help founders put the advice to work.

Part of your programme

A named adviser, an agreed calendar and a clear scope, coordinated with your existing team and mentors.

For research-led and technical ventures, commercial support sits alongside scientific, clinical and regulatory expertise. The focus is customer evidence, commercial decisions and financing readiness, rather than specialist technical validation.

Founder experience. Practical advice. Clear next steps.
